HI35HO

INJECTION MOLDING

Trilene HI35HO is an excellent high flow polypropylene homopolymer for thin-walled and multicavity household and fine denier spunbond non wovens fabrics.  

  • Excellent high flow, 
  • Narrow molecular weight distribution, 
  • Excellent draw ability and spin ability in non-woven extrusion process, 
  • Excellent mold release for fast cycle time injection molding, 
  • Contained antistatic agent. 
  • Compliance with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 Clause 1.1

MFR: 35 g/10 min 

Density: 0.903 g/cm³ 

Applications: Thin-walled, household articles, closures and multi cavities injection molding, spun bond non-woven textiles, non-woven bags, diapers and sanitary napkins, apparel covers, wet tissues, and agricultural-use textiles
