BI32AN

INJECTION MOLDING 

Trilene BI32AN is a nucleated Impact Copolymer Polypropylene (ICP) for electronic appliances, automotive and general purpose applications requiring high flow and impact strength. This grade is nucleated to provide lower warpage, greater modulus, and faster cycle time. Below are the details :

  • Excellent process ability with faster cycle time 
  • High stiffness 
  • Reduced war page (bending)
  • Good impact strength 
  • Compliance with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 Clause 3.1a

MFR: 38 g/10 min 

Density: 0.900 g/cm³ 

Applications: Thin walled containers, cups, washing machine, appliances, and automotive parts.
