On 8 June 2015, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk held Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the Financial Year of 2014 in Wisma Barito Pacific, Jakarta. Shareholders of the Company have approved all agenda of the GMS. After the AGMS, the Company held Annual Public Expose 2015 with agenda on recent updates of the Company’s business operations and financial performance. The event which was attended by invitations from securities, banks and analysts ended with Q&A session with the Management.

On 26 May 2015, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk in collaboration with Obor Berkat Indonesia (OBI) held free medical treatment for people in Cilodan Village, Ciwandan District, Cilegon. This program is a proof of Company's concern to local people who cannot afford to go to the Doctor. This activity is expected to improve the quality of health of local people that will lead to improving their quality of life.

On 11 May 2015, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk together with SMA 5 Cilegon launched Healthy Canteen which has been built jointly. The Company contributed by donating stimulant funds for the development of the Healthy Canteen. By the existence of this Healthy Canteen, it is expected that the quality of foods and beverages which are available for the students will be better both in terms of nutrition and variety.

On 5 May 2015, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk invited the Company's Doctor to one of Child Care Activity Center (Posyandu) that assisted by the Company by providing maternal and child health counseling. Along with these activities, the Company also conducted Posyandu assistance by distributing supplementary food for free. This program is one of the success stories of CSR which has been running by the Company for eight years in 19 Posyandu that were spread around the area of the Company, and more than 3,000 children have benefited from this program.

On March 19, 2015, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk was awarded the Platinum Award in the 7th Annual Global Corporate Social Responsibility Summit & Awards 2015 (Global CSR Awards 2015) for Product Excellence category. This award was handed over by the Senior Researcher of the Ministry of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tahlim Sudaryanto to VP Corporate Relations, Mr. Suhat Miyarso in Yogyakarta.
On March 20, 2015, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders at Wisma Barito Pacific Jakarta with meeting agenda 'Change of the composition of the Board of Commissioners and the appointment of Independent Director of the Company'. On that day, the Meeting has approved the resignation of Mr. George Allister Lefroy from his position as President Commissioners and appointed Mr. Djoko Suyanto as the new President Commissioners and also acted as Independent Commissioner. The meeting also approved the appointment of Mr. Suryandi as an Independent Director.

On December 17, 2014, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk symbolically handed over the South Ring Road (JLS) of Cilegon to Government City of Cilegon. Manuscript handover are signed by Mr. Suryandi as the representative of the Company and Mr. Tb Iman Ariyadhi as the Mayor of Cilegon. Earlier, on July 15, 2014, both parties have signed an MoU of JLS concreting assistance along 2 KM. As the JLS is officialy handed over, it is expected this concreting will be able to unravel the congestion in Cilegon, expedite the supply lines and also improve mobilization of the community.
On November 28, 2014, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk ("CAP") won Gold Award in Indonesian CSR Award 2014 for CSR Program "Let's Go to Posyandu". This program regularly held by the Company every month in the past seven years. Indonesian CSR Awards 2014 is an event that held every three years and organized by Corporate Forum for Community Development (CFCD). This event aims to give appreciation to the Business Community for implementing social responsibility practices.
On November 26, 2014, the Minister of Industry, Mr. Saleh Husin, held a working visit to Cilegon industrial area, and one of which is the petrochemical complex of PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk ("CAP"). The purpose of this visit is to review the manufacturing companies in Cilegon industrial area, as well as to open up discussions about the future business development plans.
On November 18, 2014, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (“CAP) received Padmamitra Award 2014 from the Ministry of Social Services for Eka Karya Padmamitra category. This award is an appreciation from the Government to private companies as well as State-Owned Enterprises that actively participated in implementing Social Welfare with purposeful and sustainable plan.
On October 15, 2014, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (“CAP”) received Green Industry Award from the Ministry of Industry. This award was handed over by the Minister of Industry, Mr. MS. Hidayat.
On 22 September 2014 at Pullman Hotel - Central Park, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk which was represented by Mr. Paramate Nisagornsen (Vice President Director) received Bronze Award for Manufacturing category in the OPEXCON 2014 Awarding Ceremony. Awards ceremony organized by SSCX International was followed by a total of 155 projects were divided into 3 categories: Services, Mining & Energy, and Manufacturing. The competition was held to raise awareness of the importance of business process improvements to increase quality and competitiveness in facing various economic challenges within ASEAN and Asia. This award is the second time received by PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk, in 2013, the Company also won the Gold Award in OPEXCON 2013.
On 15 July 2014, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk and the Local Government of Cilegon signed an agreement of concreting assistance the South Ring Road (JLS) of Cilegon, Banten Province. This assistance was signed by the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Administration, Mr. Suryandi and Mayor of Cilegon, Mr. Tb Iman Ariyadi in the concreting location at Km. 13.5 JLS, Randakan, District of Ciwandan. The plan, the Company will build a road along 2 Km of the total length of JLS namely 15.7 Km. It is expected that the completion of this concreting will be able to unravel the congestion in order to expedite the supply lines along Cilegon while supporting the tourism potential of Cilegon.
